Beaches First Aid provides regular training courses that enable you to handle a situation should your infant or toddler require first aid management.
Topics covered in the course include: Infant CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Bites and Stings, Febrile Convulsions, Poisoning.
Courses are 2hrs duration and cost $50pp.
Beaches First Aid provides first aid training and certification to those requiring a qualification for the workplace or for those who simply aspire to develop their personal knowledge and skills by learning lifesaving first aid techniques.
Based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Beaches First Aid conducts regular (twice a week) public first aid training courses at the Dee Why RSL Club, while also providing the option for businesses to host private training at their venue.
Certified one day first aid courses include:
HLTAID001 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid (includes CPR)
HLTAID004 – Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting (specifically designed for anyone working with children)
Course set – 22282VIC (Asthma) & 22300 (Anaphylaxis) combined course
In addition to the certified courses listed above, Beaches First Aid also offers a special Infant & Child first aid information course (non-accredited). This course is a 2 hour session developed specifically for anyone with a responsibility for an infant or young child.
